Criminal Paul Kagame’s circus: RDF withdrew from the centre of Uvira, establishing defensive positions just 5 km from the town centre, and its frontline soldiers who had reached Mboko on Uvira – Makobola – Baraka – Kalemie axis being ordered to move uphill/mulenge to reinforce Red – Tabara  and the Movement of Republicans for the Dignity of Peoples (MRDP) formerly known as Twirwaneho armed group.

The instruction from the USA to Criminal Paul Kagame was to withdraw his forces to their earlier defensive positions in Kamanyola, 76 km away from Uvira, as the RDF starts withdrawing from the DRC during the festive weeks. However, Criminal Paul Kagame has not withdrawn his RDF from Uvira, and he is not planning to withdraw his forces from the DRC during this festive season.

According to American instructions to their ruthless agent, by 1 January 2026, all RDF soldiers should have returned to their potato enclave – Rwanda. But it seems their ruthless agent in Africa, Criminal Paul Kagame, is refusing to obey orders from the master.
