Lt Col Dr King Kayondo’s predecessor, Dr Emmanuel Gasakure was brutally assassinated after being criminal Paul Kagame’s personal physician for 14 years.
Dr Emmanuel Gasakure became a personal physician of Paul Kagame in 2001 and remained in this position until February 20, 2015. He worked day and night for 14 years without taking a day off. The working hours were long, the travel schedule grueling, the pay low, the recognition non-existent. Dr Gasakure was not even allowed to attend the wedding of his second daughter.
