Below, it’s the deputy CDF/S of DR Congo, Gen Gabriel Amisi Kumba alias Tango Fort. General Gabriel Amisi Kumba alias Tango Fort is treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe’s business partner and a double agent reporting directly to Rwanda’s Directorate of Military Intelligence (DMI/2). General Amisi Kumba alias Tango Fort is a personal friend of treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe, a friendship which started in late 1990s. And since early 2000s, Gen Gabriel Amisi Kumba and treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe have always had mineral business dealings.

Nothing that happens inside DR Congo’s ministry of defence that treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe doesn’t know about it. Remember, President Laurent-Désiré Kabila appointed treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe as the army commander of DR Congo army, this was after the overthrow of Mobutu Seseseko, and he was instructed to transform Alliance of Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Congo-Zaire (AFDL or ADFLC) rebel outfit of Mzee Laurent-Désiré Kabila into a national army.

It was during this process that treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe appointed trusted allies within the military into key positions, and these allies are still in contact with him up to today. President Joseph Kabila tried his best to curb Rwanda’s infiltration within DR Congo’s security apparatus, but with lesser success.

Currently, under DR Congo’s accidental president – Felix Tshisekedi, Rwanda’s Defense Forces (RDF) is in total control of three crucial and critical regions. 1) North Kivu, 2) South Kivu and Ituri. For Tshisekedi, since May 19, he allowed Rwanda’s special forces an exclusive and unhindered access to the above regions, and to make matters worse, he allowed these RDF special force units to operate while disguised in DR Congo’s military uniforms – FARDC military uniforms.
