Today, Victoire Ingabire spent more than 5 hours at Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB) headquarters in Kimihurura being questioned about the Friday night attack in Kinigi in Musanze, northern province, Rwanda.
Since her release from criminal Paul Kagame’s incarceration in September 2018, Victoire Ingabire has been on 24/7 surveillance by a team led by CP Denis Basabose, head of counter terrorism. Victoire Ingabire is also subjected to appear at the local administrative office each month for attendance signing and her movement has been restricted since she was released in September 2018.
Unfortunately, with all the above surveillance, the satanic system summoned her for questioning in regard to last Friday rebel attack in northern Rwanda. Today, she spend five hours at RIB questioning to irrelevant questions on things or events that she has no clue about.
According to my source within Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB), Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza has been summoned to go back tomorrow for the continuation of irrelevant questioning.
