The Commander In Chief of RDF/M23, criminal Paul Kagame appointed treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe as overall coordinator of M23 rebel movement, and M23 is an operation name for Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) in DR Congo.

Treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe coordinates both the Pol military wings of the M23/RDF in DR Congo. Both the newly promoted Major General Sultan Makenga of the military wing of RDF/M23 and Bertrand Bisimwa on the political wing of RDF/M23 report directly to treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe who in turn feeds the Commander In Chief, Criminal Paul Kagame.
