In the clip below, How patriotic Uganda operatives from Internal Security Organisation (ISO) netted a former Rwanda patriotic Army soldier (now RDF) and a well known DMI carrier of DMI operations funds, Sergeant Buchana.
To gullibles, sergeant was referred as a tycoon, but none would define the source of his wealth. Sergeant Buchana was along time DMI carrier of funds – launderer, and middleman to some of gold – diamond deals between J3 supremo – Gen James Kabarebe and gold – diamond traders from middle east. And when the gold – diamonds from treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe stopped coming, Sergeant Buchana resorted to scamming his clients with fake gold.
Great work from Uganda security services in making Uganda safe and stopping rogue elements with external influence from destroying the peace and it’s young democracy.
