Yesterday, Monday 10th January 2022, in the afternoon, at Village Urugwiro, Criminal Paul Kagame received a delegation led by Burundi’s Minister in charge of EAC Affairs, Youth, Culture and Sports, Ambassador Ezéchiel Nibigira with a message from Burundi’s President Evariste Ndayishimiye.
Present in the meeting was Rwanda’s chief of DMI, the ruthless assassin Brig Gen Vincent Nyakarundi alias Mubembe. Within Criminal Paul Kagame’s security – intelligence setup, Brig Gen Vincent Nyakarundi alias Mubembe also heads Burundi desk.
As noted in several of my posts, Rwanda’s Directorate of Military Intelligence manages, controls and supervises potato enclave’s foreign relations. Since criminal Paul Kagame captured state power, Rwanda’s respective foreign ministers have all been Directorate of Military Intelligence tools – errand boys and girls for Rwanda’s Directorate of Military Intelligence. Therefore, it isn’t by mistake that Brig Gen Vincent Nyakarandu alias Mubembe was present during this meeting.
