Eduard Niyondamya, who is 34 years of age was kidnapped late June 2019 on his way to Kigali after visiting parents in rural Rwanda. According to eye witness, his car was stopped by police operatives and then whisked him away.
His father, relatives and friends have inquired with the police headquarter, but they have been told by the satanic system’s police force that they don’t have him. And now it’s exactly 3 months since Eduard Niyondamya was kidnapped by assassin Brig Gen Dan Munyuza’s police force.
Not only has the bloodthirsty police force denied of having Eduard Niyondamya, they have also refused to hand his car to family – his father.
