The cabinet meeting was supposed to study, debate and come up with policies/guidelines to fight Covid 19. The cabinet meeting was cancelled at the last minute.
2) The brutal dictator – criminal Paul Kagame was supposed to address his oppressed, enslaved, starving and unemployed citizens on the national Television, and this address was supposed to have taken place on the evening of the 20th March 20. The dictator was supposed to talk on Coved 19 and the current economic issues in his potato enclave (Rwanda). Unfortunately, the deranged dictator was nowhere to be seen.
Apart from the 15th March 20 gimmick video where the bloodthirsty deranged dictator tried to teach his oppressed and enslaved citizens how to wash their hands despite 70% of the population not having access to clean water. The dictator hasn’t given any single live or recorded address on Coved 19 or the current economic crisis engulfing the Potato enclave (Rwanda). As usual, criminal Paul Kagame is ruling his potato enclave by a remote control.
The bloodthirsty deranged dictator – Criminal Paul Kagame should first provide clean water to oppressed and enslaved citizens, then come up with a gimmick video on teaching his oppressed and enslaved citizens how to wash their hands.
