In an unsettling display of authoritarianism, a young Rwandan, known as Umukaritasi, has been missing since September 4th, 2022, after making a light-hearted comment on social media. His offense? Jokingly suggesting that Ange Kagame, daughter of Rwanda’s Criminal ruler – Paul Kagame, and known by the alias Kanjogera, was having uncontrolled pregnancies, implying a lack of family planning.

This seemingly harmless remark was met with a terrifying response. On the orders of Ange Kagame herself, Presidential Guard operatives swiftly kidnapped Umukaritasi. Since that day, September 4th, 2022, he vanished without a trace, leaving behind a chilling example of the lengths to which Criminal Paul Kagame’s bloodthirsty regime is willing to go in order to silence even the slightest dissent, or a mere joke.
The disappearance of Umukaritasi is a stark reminder of the brutal nature of Rwanda’s ruling bloodthirsty ruling family. Like her father, Ange Kagame has shown herself to be a cold-blooded killer, willing to eliminate anyone who dares to challenge or mock her, no matter how trivial the offense.

It’s almost unfathomable that a simple, silly comment on Twitter could lead to such a severe and irreversible consequence. But in Rwanda, under Kagame’s ruthless regime, this is the reality. The Kagames’ instinctive response to any form of criticism, even a joke, is violence – a cowardly act that exposes their deep-seated insecurity and fear of losing power.

The disappearance of Umukaritasi should serve as a call to action against the unchecked power and human rights abuses perpetrated by Rwanda’s ruling family. In a society where a single tweet can lead to an enforced disappearance, the very essence of freedom and justice is under threat.
