Since last month, July 2019, criminal Paul Kagame moved for treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe’s business empire, with criminal Paul Kagame’s auditor General telling Gen James Kabarebe to pay 15 billion Rwanda francs citing ministry of defence corruption during Gen James Kabarebe’s reign as minister of defence. Under the instructions of criminal Paul Kagame, the ombudsman’s office summoned treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe to declare all his wealth. This was a start by criminal Paul Kagame to grab Gen James Kabarebe’s wealth.
Yesterday evening, Brig Gen Dan Munyuza’s boys from police’s counter intelligence arrested one of Gen James Kabarebe’s manager of his wealth – Guard Kato (Gato).
Who is Guard Kato (Gato)
For years, Guard Kato (Gato) has been managing treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe’s business empire in DR Congo. In Kigali, gullibles used to refer Kato (Gato) as a tycoon, little did they know that the man is merely managing Gen James Kabarebe’s wealth in DR Congo.
As noted in my previous posts, treacherous assassin Gen James has a cargo company in DR Congo, and this Cargo company has been operating in DR Congo since 2002. According to sources, it has now 12 Antonov cargo transporter planes operating in DR Congo. Remember, DR Congo has the size of Western Europe.
Some of treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe’s cargo planes have contracts with Chinese mining companies in DR Congo. For years, treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe has been getting millions of dollars from his DR Congo business operations without forgetting his mineral racketeering rings in DR Congo.
Guard Kato (Gato) and his tween brother Kakuru (Gakuru) were managing this wealth on behalf of treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe, but Guard Kato being the Chief executive of the empire.
How was Guard Kato (Gato) arrested
Yesterday evening, Guard Kato (Gato) returned to Rwanda after a business trip to Brussels. On arrival at Kanombe airport in Kigali, airport security officers told him that his needed by the director of Kanombe airport, Col Silas Udahemuka, for Guard Kato being a friend of Col Silas Udahemuka, he thought his needed for a mere short chat. On entering Col Silas Udahemuka’s office, he found three other men from Police’s counter intelligence unit waiting for him.
Col Silas Udahemuka introduced Guard Kato (Gato) to the police operatives who told Guard Kato that his needed at Kacyiru police for clarification on certain issues. After airport security fetching Guard Kato’s luggages, Brig Gen Dan Munyuza’s boys whisked him away.
Who is Guard Kato’s wife – Ida Muhikira
Guard Kato’s wife, Idda Muhikira is a cousin to criminal Paul Kagame. Ida Muhikira’s mother was a direct cousin to Asteria Rutagambwa, criminal Paul Kagame’s mother. And they were both neighbours in Nyarutarama – Kigali.
Yesterday, 28 August 19, at the airport, Assassin Brig Gen Dan Munyuza’s boys whisked Guard Kato in front of his wife who had come to pick the husband at the airport. As I post this info, none of Guard Kato’s family members or wife have seen him. They went to Kacyiru police for inquiry and they were told they don’t have him. And they have since visited all police stations in Kigali and they still got the same answer, “we don’t have a person with such names in our custody.”
Why did criminal Paul Kagame want Guard Kato (Gato)
Criminal Paul Kagame is totally after treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe’s wealth, and Guard Kato has the knowledge in regard to wealth that Gen James Kabarebe accumulated and his still accumulating from DR Congo.
For years, treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe has avoided to bank his returns from his business empire in Rwanda’s banking system. Knowing criminal Paul Kagame very well, Treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe preferred to bank his wealth in different jurisdictions including Belgium where Guard Kato was coming from. In Rwanda, treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe runs a middle income lifestyle, living in a middle class house, away from the extravagant lifestyle run by other members of the satanic system.
Interestingly, his business managers were being referred as tycoons while the real business empire tycoon was being referred as the poorest army officer in Rwanda. Treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe has survived through diversions, deceptions, lies, intrigue, jealousy, fabrications, wealth grabbing and killings.
