Claude Ibalanky Ekolomba and Fortunat Biselele are in close contact to Criminal Paul Kagame’s office – Directorate of Military Intelligence, are informants in a long list of criminal Paul Kagame’s informers within Accidental President Felix Tshisekedi’s inner circle. Part of the elements that plotted, engineered and destroyed Vital Kamerhe.
In Kinshasa’s political circle, they are known for selling access to the president. They are referred as fixers.
Mafia cartel, and in three years in power, they are already millions in dollars.
One thing that you have to credit criminal Paul Kagame, the warmonger always has plan B, an alternative plan to whatever dark plan he has.
