Today 29th December 2023, Burundi’s President Evariste Ndayishimiye told Burundians that it is his Rwanda’s counterpart, Criminal Paul Kagame that shelters, funds, trains, feeds and protects Red Tabara, a rebel group that killed 20 people last Friday, 22nd December in Gatumba, Mutimbuzi commune, Bujumbura province, Burundi, near the border with DR Congo.
The 20 victims brutally killed last Friday in Gatumba, Mutimbuzi commune, Bujumbura province, by Criminal Paul Kagame’s terrorist outfit – Red Tabara, were laid to rest on Tuesday 26/12/2023.
Red Tabara was formed in 2015, in Kigali, by those who participated in Burundi’s 2015 failed coup d’etat, and later fled to Rwanda. A coup d’etat that was planned and executed from Kigali, by criminal Kagame and his blue eyed attack pet, treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe.
This terrorist outfit – Red Tabara was formed in Kigali by Rwanda’s Directorate of Military Intelligence, its man power recruited from Burundi refugee camp in Mahama – Rwanda, and these Burundians were trained at Nasho Basic Military Training Centre and Nyungwe in Rwanda.
Then, criminal Paul Kagame armed them to the teeth and unleashed them in the Democratic Republic of Congo to cause carnage, uproot and Kill Banyamulenge. Since 2015 to present, they have caused enormous suffering and committed all sorts of human rights atrocities in South Kivu, DR Congo.
Criminal Paul Kagame’s ruthless terror group–Red Tabara has been plundering South Kivu, displacing, looting and systematically Killing Banyamulenge with support of Mai Mai Yakutumba, a Mai Mai group that is directly sponsored by Kigali through Gen James Kabarebe.
For past years, on different occasions, in Eastern DR Congo, Criminal Paul Kagame’s special force units have used different logos to cause carnage and plunder DR Congo resources. The owner and proprietor of Red Tabara, FNL Nzabampema, ADFL, RCD, CNDP, M23 Part One, M23 Part Two…etc, is one – Criminal Paul Kagame.
Rwanda’s Criminal ruler – Paul Kagame through his attack dog, treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe are the founders of most of the Mai Mai groups that have been causing carnage in eastern DR Congo, these same Mai Mai groups that have currently changed allegiance and now supporting President Felix Tshisekedi and his fight against RDF-M23. In the past, these Mai-Mai groups were part of Criminal Paul Kagame – Gen James Kabarebe’s mineral smuggling networks from DR Congo to Rwanda.
