Rwanda’s ambassador in Zambia Rugira Amandin who was accused of calling Zambians ‘inept and lazy’, saying its the reason Rwandan refugees own 90% of shops in Lusaka was quietly recalled back to Rwanda and he has now been replaced by Emmanuel Bugingo.
Dictator Paul Kagame on Thursday, January 25, appointed new envoys to Zimbabwe and Switzerland, among other appointments.
Emmanuel Bugingo is the proposed High Commissioner of Rwanda to Zambia. Emmanuel Bugingo, a member of Criminal Paul Kagame’s useless Chamber of Deputies, replaces Amandin Rugira who was recalled from Zambia for his inciting remarks against Zambians.
Greedy Rugira Amandin has also participated in several transnational repression against Rwandan refugees in several Countries where he worked as Kagame’s “ambassador” i.e Burundi, DR Congo, Belgium and lastly Malawi and Zambia. For Criminal Paul Kagame’s coin, this greedy – ruthless killer has no single problem in taking lives of innocent people.
Amandin Rugira was a key participant in 2015 failed Coup d’etat against President Peter Nkurunziza of Burundi. Ruthless Amandin Rugira was Rwanda’s ambassador in Burundi during this failed Coup d’etat.
