Today, 20th December 2021, thousands of Goma residents in the DR Congo protested against the deployment of criminal Paul Kagame’s killer police force in North Kivu, especially in Goma town.
Throughout the day, in Goma town, North Kivu, they were clashes between angry youths and local police resulting in several injuries and the death of a policeman.
They mostly erected barricades on several roads blocking traffic.
“In our country, we have a good army and a good police force, but we don’t understand why the Rwandans are going to come and secure us here in our country. Since Mobutu is president of this country he never sold this country but today we have Tshisekedi signed agreements with Rwanda for its police to come here, we refuse that,” said a protester.
“We as Congolese have been suffering for a long time. We are demonstrating to say no to the arrival of Rwandan police in our country, we refuse because we have our own police force,” another protester said.
The police dispersed the demonstrators with tear gas canisters and live ammunition.
According to Goma police, one policeman and one protester were killed and dozens of others injured during the demonstration.
This past Saturday, 18th December 2021, DR Congo’s Inspector General of Police, General Dieudonne Amuli Bahigwa denied the allegation of an external police deploying in Goma. He labeled this allegation as false. However, it was Rwanda National Police and Criminal Paul Kagame’s mouthpiece outlets who first announced about a bilateral agreement between Rwanda and DR Congo on the deployment of Criminal Paul Kagame’s killer police to Goma, DR Congo.
Last week during the visit to Rwanda of DR Congo’s Inspector General of Police – General Dieudonné Amuli Bahigwa, in a statement, Rwanda National Police noted on how they will be opening an operation office in Goma town, “we have reached an agreement to allow to Rwanda and DRC’s police to join efforts against transnational organized crime and terrorism; smuggling and trafficking in narcotics and psychotropic substances as well as their precursors; currency counterfeiting and the proliferation of small arms and light weapons.”
N.B: Corporal appreciates and thanks youths of Goma for standing against the deployment of criminal Paul Kagame’s killer police force in Goma, and DR Congo in general. You can never allow the creator of your instability in your backyard….However, criminal Paul Kagame’s killers are clandestinely deployed allover South and North Kivu.
