The Government of DR Congo has:

1) Expelled M23 from any negotiation including the on going peace talks negotiations that the government is conducting with other DR Congo armed groups.

2) DR Congo Government has designated M23 as a terrorist organisation.

3) DR Congo reaffirms that Rwanda supports M23 and Rwanda forces are attacking its territory.

4) DR Congo stops Rwandair from Using its territory and airspace.

5) Rwanda’s ambassador to DR Congo has been summoned to DR Congo’s foreign office to receive all DR Congo’s diplomatic complaints against Kagame and his terrorist regime.

Back to my usual cry. The Greatlakes region will never see any PEACE as long as criminal Paul Kagame is still the ruler of Rwanda.
