In 2011, criminal Paul Kagame and president Museveni met in Muhazi, at criminal Paul Kagame’s country home, where they spent 2 nights of talks in comfort of family members that included Jeannette Kagame Gasana and Janet Museveni.
During the Muhazi peace talks, criminal Paul Kagame gave cattle gifts to president Museveni, in what criminal Paul Kagame referred as “brotherly” gifts.
They were two nights of frank and candid talks, but after the three days meeting, as President Museveni arrived in Kampala – Uganda, criminal Paul Kagame resumed to where he had stopped. He continued infiltrating Uganda’s security apparatus, DMI led kidnappings and assassinations. The sabotage against an independent sovereign country continued and regime change remained as Kigali’s policy towards Kampala.
Since 2015, the attacks by Criminal Paul Kagame’s owned and controlled media increased, editorial attacks against president Museveni, his family and administration became vicious and hateful. And after the sidelining of criminal Paul Kagame’s main man in Kampala, double agent Kale Kayihura, criminal Paul Kagame’s media communication wars went to another level, with president Museveni, his family and administration being daily targets from Kigali’s media communication team which has increased in size for the purpose of communication warfare against Uganda, a strategy which has backfired.
Just at the end of July, 2019, criminal Paul Kagame’s owned and controlled media went to another low by attacking president Museveni’s mother, a mother and grandmother who is no longer alive. Criminal Paul Kagame saw it fit for his news papers to run an editorial attacking the mother of president Museveni, with a story which was based on fabrications, lies and hate against an innocent woman who is no longer alive.
The Angola peace deal which was signed today in Angola between president Museveni and criminal Paul Kagame is a mere diplomatic circus, it’s like those various peace deals that criminal Paul Kagame’s supported rebels used to sign with president Joseph Kabila’s government. We all remember The Rally for Congolese Democracy (RCD) of Chairman Adolphe Onusumba Yemba peace talk agreement deal, we all remember the CNDP of Laurent nkunda peace talk deal and we all remember the M23 peace talk deal, did these peace talks agreement deals by criminal Paul Kagame’s supported rebels succeed? Totally not, insecurity in DRC is still at critical levels because of criminal Paul Kagame’s love for blood minerals.
Just yesterday, as president Museveni and criminal Paul Kagame were travelling to meet in Angola, criminal Paul Kagame’s owned and controlled media attacked president Museveni. The relent attacks from criminal Paul Kagame’s communication department which runs in the president’s office at Village Urugwiro hadn’t yet ceased despite the expectations of signing a memorandum of understanding.
The political and intelligence issues between criminal Paul Kagame and president Museveni are known by East African member states, not by the new Angolan president João Lourenço or accidental president Felix Tshisekedi. These are issues that are known by president John Pombe Magufuli, President Kenyatta and President Peter Nkurunziza. These three would have well led the negotiations, because they know the backbone of the problem(s), not the two new political amateurs, Felix Tshisekedi and João Lourenço.
The Angolan peace talk agreement (memorandum of understanding) will not stop criminal Paul Kagame’s project of regime change in Uganda, it will not stop criminal Paul Kagame’s DMI from trying to infiltrate Uganda’s security system, it will not stop DMI from exporting terrorism to Uganda or stop criminal Paul Kagame’s economic sabotage especially Uganda’s tourism sector.
This is a peace deal agreement which is based on convenience because criminal Paul Kagame is fearful of losing the opportunity to host CHOGM in June 2020. The commonwealth secretariat forced the potato enclave and criminal Paul Kagame in particular, to find a diplomatic solution with Kampala. This wasn’t an initiative that came out of a good will, but rather external pressure.
