Since being removed as the minister of defence on 18 October 18, relationship between criminal Paul Kagame and his pet – treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe has been that of cat and mouse.
Criminal Paul Kagame can’t afford to completely sideline treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe because of his huge and exclusive intelligence networks in the greatlakes region, especially in DR Congo, Uganda, Burundi and Tanzania. Throughout his military career, treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe has managed to build intelligence networks which have been the centre pin in the survival of the satanic regime.
Last year – 2018, criminal Paul Kagame thought it was easy to crash the J3 (James Kabarebe, Jack Nziza and James Musoni), sidelining the trio while integrating their various networks into specific control of his newly promoted blue eyed boys in intelligence circle like col Andrew Nyamvumba, Maj Gen Joseph Nzabamwita, Col Anaclet Kalibata and assassin Brig Gen Dan Munyuza. However, these venture failed because newly promoted blue eyed boys couldn’t match J3, thus, the reason treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe is still at the centre of the enclave’s security enforcement despite criminal Paul Kagame trying to push him out.
Treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe knows very well that, had criminal Paul Kagame got a capable replacement, by now he would have been sent with a one way ticket to the graveyard. Gen James Kabarebe knows very well that his still breathing because he provides services which are crucial to regime survival. In other words, currently James Kabarebe is irreplaceable within the satanic system, despite criminal Paul Kagame wishing he should get rid of him.
For example, last year, 28 December 2018, criminal Paul Kagame didn’t invite treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe at her daughter – Ange Kagame’s introductory ceremony (gusaba/kwanjula). Instead, prior to the introductory party, on the night of 27 December 18, a stressful criminal Paul Kagame slapped and spat at Gen James Kabarebe over what criminal Paul Kagame referred as operation failures in Burundi and Uganda.
Criminal Paul Kagame has never forgiven Gen James Kabarebe over the failed 2015 coup d’etat in Burundi and lack of substantial support to protect their crucial asset in Uganda, double agent Kale Kayihura. In a security meeting held at village Urugwiro, 27 December 18, criminal Kagame poured his frustration on Gen James Kabarebe. It’s an open secret that criminal Paul Kagame slaps his house boy Generals, and treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe has been the highest recipient of these violent tantrums.
Last weekend, criminal Paul Kagame showed again that the relationship between him and treacherous assassin Gen James is that of master and a pet, by not inviting him to the wedding of his daughter – Ange Kagame. To not be invited at Ange Kagame’s wedding, without doubt it must have hurt treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe considering how criminal Paul Kagame’s children grew up calling him uncle James. These children were born when ruthless General James Kabarebe was still a real house boy within criminal Paul Kagame’s household.
As 2nd Lieutenant, in Uganda, Gen James Kabarebe was more of a house boy in Kagame’s house hold and up to now, criminal Paul Kagame still sees him in the eyes of a house boy. But without doubt, Kagame knows James Kabarebe’s egoistic behaviours, ruthlessness and to what extent he can go to achieve his goals. James Kabarebe first became an army escort to Criminal Paul Kagame’s wife, then became head of security for criminal Paul Kagame, then headed the presidential guard, made CDF/S of DR Congo army, then made CDF/S of Rwanda army, the minister of defence and now security adviser to criminal Paul Kagame. Therefore, the duo know each other very well.
Currently, the relationship between criminal Paul Kagame and treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe is that of cat and mouse. The question is, who will strike first. Totally undermine treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe at your own peril.
