Treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe controlled the administration through his ally who was then referred as supper minister – James Musoni, and he controlled the intelligence services through his ally Gen Jack Nziza.
Treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe was the supremo leader of J3 mafia network, for those who are knew to J3 terminology, it means the alliance of (James Kabarebe, Jack Nziza and James Musoni), the most deadly mafia network in the history of Africa. Since 2016, we slowly watched how criminal Paul Kagame has slowly but systematically crashed J3 network who had also become a threat to his satanic system. He started with Gen Jack Nziza, he moved for James Musoni and now, his crashing the supremo of the J3 network, treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe.
Not only has criminal Paul Kagame been crashing the J3 network and its extended spy networks, criminal Paul Kagame has move to include children in the cordon and surveillance.
According to my sources within DMI, Sande Kabarebe, Gen James Kabarebe’s first son no longer has any form of travel document. According to my sources within DMI, two weeks ago, Sande Kabarebe’s passport was withdrawn from him by officers from IGP Dan Munyuza’s office. Trust me, IGP Dan Munyuza must be now on cloud nine after years of surviving near death assaults from J3 nemesis (this will be a topic for another day).
Not only did the satanic regime withdraw Sande Kabarebe’s passport, they have also closed all his bank accounts in Rwanda. All oppressed and enslaved Rwandans know how DMI controls the banking system, monitoring all sorts of transactions. In trying to psychologically and strategically zero his former ruthless attack dog, criminal Paul Kagame hasn’t spared his son – Sande Kabarebe.
Treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe’s wife and daughters who live in Canada fear to come to Rwanda for summer holiday.
For nearly four years, treacherous assassin – Gen James Kabarebe’s wife – Esperance Mudenge Kabarebe has been living in Canada where they have properties in Quebec, Ottawa and Toronto. She slowly relocated to Canada after having deep seated frictions with Jeannette Kagame Gasana. And three years ago, treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe’s daughters went to Canada for their University studies thus giving the mother and daughters the pretext to stay in Canada with Gen James Kabarebe investigating in properties.
For the past years, treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe’s wife and children always come to Rwanda during the summer and Christmas/new year’s holidays. But this time, under fear, the family didn’t come to Rwanda for their summer holidays preferring to stay in Canada for their holidays.
