Dictactor Paul Kagame has withdrawn from The world Economic Forum that was to be held in Cape town, South Africa. The World Economic Forum is starting today, 4—6 September 2019, however Criminal Paul Kagame is not attending due to Xenophobia attacks against foreigners in South Africa.
According to sources within dictactor Paul Kagame’s office, the ruler is standing hand in hand to those Africans who are losing their lives and wealth at the hands Xenophobic attacks in South Africa.
Since when did dictactor Paul Kagame consider human rights? This is the same person whose DMI clandestinely incited xenophobic attacks in Zambia and Mozambique, in 2017, where nationals of these countries attacked only shops and businesses owned by Rwandans in those countries, more than 8 Rwandans lost their lives in those respective countries due to Xenophobic attacks.
As president Edgar Chagwa Lungu’s government announced after a three months investigation in the 2017 xenophobic attacks around Zambia, “the xenophobic attacks are being enticed by external elements. But we have found ways to counter these elements.” And after this investigation, Edgar Lungu’s government went on a drive to naturalize – grant citizenship to thousands of Rwandans who had settled in Zambia for long.
