On Monday, 16 September 19, Uganda’s minister of Foreign Affairs Sam Kutesa, Minister of Internal Affairs Maj. Gen J.J Odongo and Attorney General William Byaruhanga were in Kigali for the start of talks to end the diplomatic row between Uganda and potato enclave – Rwanda. On the side of the Potato enclave – Rwanda, there was Minister of State in charge of the East African Community – Olivier Nduhungirehe, Justice Minister – Johnston Busingye, Minister of local government – Anastase Shyaka and other delegates from both countries; but Rwanda’s foreign minister was nowhere to be seen.
It is exactly one month since the Satanic system came out claiming that those who were saying that Dr Richard Sezibera was poisoned and critically ill where liars and spreading false information. A DMI operative used Dr Richard Sezibera’s tweeter account to post what would demonstrate as proof that Dr Richard Sezibera was fine. Instead, the tweeter account raised more questions than answers.
Since the satanic system’s false claims that Dr Richard Sezibera is fine, 4 key functions under his dockets have happened and Dr Richard Sezibera is still not appearing to conduct his functions, and the 4 key functions which happened since the satanic system came out to refute about an assassination attempt on his life are 1) quadripartite summit in Luanda, Angola 2) Commonwealth delation visiting Rwanda, 3) The visit of South Sudan’s foreign minister – Awut Deng Acuil to Rwanda. 4) The Rwanda – Uganda talks. In all this functions which happened in the last three weeks, Dr Richard Sezibera was still absent and functions being presided by criminal Paul Kagame’s loud speaker, Olivier Nduhungirehe.
Since 13 July 2019, Rwanda’s foreign minister hasn’t been seen in public. All Rwandans know what happened to him, except the satanic system is trying to hide their heinous crime of trying to poison one of their own in a foreign land.
Since that DMI tweet by using Dr Richard Sezibera’s tweeter account, Rwanda’s foreign minister is yet to come out and address worried oppressed, enclave and starving citizens. Since the tweeter account, what Rwandans have continued to see, it’s Kagamist loud speaker, Olivier Nduhungirehe performing functions and roles meant for Dr Richard Sezibera.
Where is Dr Richard Sezibera? What’s his health situation after an assassination attempt on his life? Previously, Rwanda’s public Relations was run by western PR agencies, with the enclave being in economic difficulties, they no longer have the money to hire these western agencies to run and advise them on their imaging lies and fabrications. Now, the PR machinery is being run by amateurs under the supervision of DMI.
For the last two months, Olivier Nduhungirehe alias “Budomo mwene Ngurube,” who loves cameras like a Kampala slay queen, is performing functions and roles meant for Dr Richard Sezibera despite the satanic system telling us that Dr Richard Sezibera is fine and doing well. However, from the 13th July 19 to today, Dr Richard Sezibera hasn’t stepped a foot at the ministry of foreign affairs in Kigali or been seen in public.
Dr Richard Sezibera was released from Medanta hospital on 25 August 19, Medanta hospital is a multisuperspeciality hospital in Delhi NCR (Gurugram), India.
