Lt Col Ruki Karusisi is the deputy commander of criminal Paul Kagame’s special forces and head of “HARD PUNCH” plan. This is a military plan that criminal Paul Kagame and his military pets envisaged in case of an all out war against Uganda.
In December 18, Criminal Paul Kagame’s militia of RDF conducted Hard Punch manoeuvres at Gabiro military training wing, under Combined Arms Field Training Exercise. This exercise was looking at three fictitious cities/towns. In real “Hard Punch” plan, the three towns are Kisoro, Kabale and Ntungamo.
In case of an all out war against Uganda, under the Hard Punch strategy, criminal Paul Kagame wants the buffer zone to be lined along those three towns. In the “Hard Punch” plan, the RDF would avoid at all cost for the war to be fought inside Rwanda. Criminal Paul Kagame and his military pets considered the width of terrain inside Rwanda and the distance from the border points with Uganda to the Capital Kigali, thus concluding that the war should be a voided to be fought inside Rwanda at all cost.
