Criminal Paul Kagame continues to kill innocent Congolese. More than 10 people, including children, died on Friday, May 3, in bombings that struck the Mugunga displaced persons camp located near Goma, where RDF-M23 shelled this internally displaced refugee camp.

“The U.S. strongly condemns the attack today from Rwanda Defense Forces and M23 positions on the Mugunga camp for Internally Displaced Persons in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is essential that all states respect each other’s sovereignty and territorial integrity,” a State Department spokesperson noted.

In the UN letter below, the encircled mark that Criminal Kagame’s inept goons are misinterpreting to deny and distort their responsibility for the atrocities notes, “The UN Representative encouraged the Congolese authorities to take the necessary measures to bring to justice the perpetrators of these heinous acts, described as a flagrant violation of human rights and international humanitarian law, and even a war crime.”

Who are the perpetrators of the heinous crime that occurred on April 3, 2024? The United Nations fell short of naming those responsible for this callous act. However, the USA, an ally of Criminal Paul Kagame, has identified the RDF-M23 as the culprits.

“Appalled by the attack on the Mugunga IDP camp. RDF and M23 must immediately cease targeting of civilian locations and commit to de-escalation through the Luanda processes for peace in eastern DRC,” notes the US Department of State.
