The number of Rwandan dissidents who have received this warning massage from WhatsApp is unprecedented.

Last year, I warned oppressed and enslaved Rwandans how the satanic system ruling the potato enclave has invested heavily on online spying, and how they hired ICT experts from India and Israel for online/ICT spying.

Rwanda is a police state, and dictactor Paul Kagame is a paranoid brutal dictator who is obsessed with spying and zeroing police control of his oppressed and enslaved subjects.

The potato enclave’s Directorate of military intelligence (DMI) is more concerned with dissidents living in different parts of the world, thus spending millions of USA dollars on hiring hackers “ICT intelligence experts” to hack and keep on tracking different dissidents.
