Rwanda’s special forces operating in eastern DR Congo have just killed Brig Gen Afrika Jean Michel, the leader of RUDI URUNANA, a Rwandan rebel group that has been operating in eastern DR Congo.
According to this source within RDF, the fighting started today at 11:00 AM DR Congo time up to 9: 00 PM DR Congo time. Alongside Brig Gen Afrika Jean Michel, his aide Col Kagoma also died in the fighting. The fighting took place in Rutshuru in North Kivu.
