Brig Gen Sultan Makenga, a senior Kagamist Directorate of Military Intelligence (DMI) agent. Brig Gen Sultan Makenga has betrayed everyone in the name of criminal Paul Kagame, and he has sold very many innocent people to criminal Paul Kagame.
Over the years to present, Brig Gen Sultan Makenga has been criminal Paul Kagame’s tool in DR Congo, doing his dirty bidding which have fetched miseries and deaths to thousands of innocent people.
1) Brig Gen Sultan Makenga joined Rwanda Patriotic Army (RPA) rebellion in 1993, the rebellion which ended in 1994 with RPA taking over the potato enclave (Rwanda).
2) Brig Gen Sultan Makenga joined the late Mzee Laurent Desire Kabila’s Alliance of Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Congo (ADFLC) rebellion in 1996. A rebellion which led to the overthrow of President Mobutu in DR Congo.
3) Brig Gen Sultan Makenga joined the Rally for Congolese Democracy (RCD) rebellion in 1998.
4) Brig Gen Sultan Makenga joined National Congress for the Defence of the People (CNDP) rebellion in December 2006.
5) Brig Gen Sultan Makenga joined the M23 rebellion in 2012, to present his still the leader of the M23 rebellion and his operating in eastern DR Congo alongside criminal Paul Kagame’s special forces.
Brig Gen Sultan Makenga is one of the several warlords who are sponsored by criminal Paul Kagame to cause carnage and plunder in DR Congo on behalf of criminal Paul Kagame.
