He has no regard for any constitutional law.
The Kagames arrived in what they refer as their Kingdom, on the same days criminal Paul Kagame was demolishing without any single compensation houses belonging to poor oppressed and enslaved Rwandans.
Criminal Paul Kagame’s children returned to USA, leaving Kigali on early Morning of 3rd January 20, aboard gulfstream g650 that criminal Paul Kagame usually uses. The boys wanted a ride on the new gulfstream g650 rather than their usual ride of Bombardier Global Express BD-700 jet.
On their return to USA, criminal Paul Kagame’s children stopped in Valencia, Spain, for a weekend of partying. Valencia is a seaside town along the Mediterranean.
