According to a source within criminal Paul Kagame’s circle, the brutal ruler of the potato enclave (Rwanda) returned to Kigali after the Gatuna/Katuna meeting more unhappier and angrier.
The source notes, “forget about the border being opened, Afande returned to Kigali more annoyed, unhappy and angry than before the meeting, despite Uganda granting nearly all to our demands. I told this source that, its the effect of blood of innocent people working in his head. The brutal dictator has mental issues, you can’t expect a serial killer to act otherwise.
Uganda is dealing with a mentally disturbed person who ought to be in a mental hospital for psychiatric treatment rather than Village Urugwiro state house.
