A Congolese national, Dr Joel Kambale Ketha who has been working at CHUK referral hospital in Kigali, Rwanda, has been found dead in his room at CHUK residential quarters in Kigali.
The lifeless body of Dr Joel Kambale Ketha had strangulation marks around his neck and facial scratches.
For years, strangulation has been used by criminal Paul Kagame’s intelligence operatives as an assassination tool. Hundreds of innocent people have been eliminated through this brutal killing tool, the latest being gospel singer Kizito Mihigo who was eliminated on 17 February 20.
According Dr Joel Kambale’s work colleagues, the doctor was in excellent health, without any single health complaint or signs of depression.
We all know who always kill innocent people in Rwanda. The names of the young Congolese doctor has now been added to those who have faced brutal mysterious elimination under the satanic regime of criminal Paul Kagame
Like those eliminated before him, don’t expect any investigation from criminal Paul Kagame’s police other than lies and fabricated police communique.

* The family of Boniface Twagirimana kidnapped on 8 October 2018 by Dan Munyuza’s operatives are still waiting for justice.
* The family of CSP Hubert Gashagaza who was eliminated on 17 September 2018 are still waiting for justice.
* The family of Christine Iribagiza eliminated on 13 April 2017 are still waiting for justice.
* The family of Venuste Rwabukamba brutally assassinated on 10 October 2016 are still waiting for justice.
* The family of Capt. Dieudonne Kayitare brutally assassinated on February 2015 are still waiting for justice.
* The family of Dr Emmanuel Gasakure assassinated on 25 Feb 2015 are still waiting for justice.
* The family of Assinapol Rwigara brutally assassinated on 4 February 2015 are still waiting for justice.
* The family of Richard Mazimpaka eliminated on 3 December 2014 are still waiting for justice.
* The family of Alphonse Rutagarama brutally eliminated in December 2012 are ststill waiting for justice.
