On the 21st February 20, after 4th quadripartite summit in Katuna/Gatuna, President Museveni told residents of Katuna/Gatuna, “Uganda has no single business in Rwanda’s internal politics, problems is within RPF itself, the ruling party has internal problems among its members.”
Today morning, in a mind game and military intelligence outplay of trying to send signals to Kampala and gullible Rwandans that everything is fine within the satanic regime. Criminal Paul Kagame instructed Maj Gen Joseph Nzabamwita to attend a virtual conference between Rwanda and Uganda.
Last night, around 10:00 PM Rwanda time, presidential guard operatives arrived at Maj Gen Joseph Nzabamwita’s home asking for a pair of his suit, shirt and pair of shoe. These clothes were taken to Maj Gen Joseph Nzabamwita who is under Presidential guard safe house arrest.
Today morning, criminal Paul Kagame demonstrated what he does best, the art of military intelligence disguise and leaving confusion in the minds of beholders. A stressed Maj Gen Joseph Nzabamwita was escorted from a presidential guard safe house in Nyarutarama to attend a virtual conference where Rwanda was meeting Uganda.
Since April 20, Maj Gen Joseph Nzabamwita has been stopped from going to work and confined to his home, and on Saturday, 30th May 20 transferred to a presidential guard safe house in Nyarutarama, from where he has been undergoing interrogations under Brig Gen Willy Rwagasa and Brig Gen Ruki Karusisi.
Currently, the interim director of National Intelligence and Security Services (NISS), it is Col Anaclet Kalibata. Col Anaclet Kalibata is also the Director General of External Security under NISS.
After the virtual conference with a Uganda, than returning home, Maj Gen Joseph Nzabamwita was taken back to Nyarutarama safe house.
