For those who are connected, employment is extremely easy, they graduate and straight away appointed in critical positions despite zero experience. For the unfortunate, they continue searching in a labour market that is filled with nepotism, favouritism, connections, sex bribery..etc.
This week, on 27th October 20, Criminal Paul Kagame appointed three clueless individuals as advisors. These are usual behaviours and norms by the satanic regime to appoint clueless young female as advisors in different institutions. All ministries and parastatals in the potato enclave – Rwanda, have seen such clueless girls being parachuted upon them as ‘advisors’ to respective heads of institutions. An advisor must entail expertise, experience and knowledge; but not clueless characters.
Lets look at criminal Paul Kagame’s recent appointed advisors, that he appointed on Tuesday, 28th October 20.
1) Ms Claudette Uwonkunda, advisor to the speaker of Parliament.
2) Ms Rina Bideri Ntagozera, advisor to the Minister of Trade and Industry.
3) Ms Denise Wanyana, advisor to the Minister of state in charge of primary health care in the ministry of health.
All contacts point to one thing, all the above girls are totally clueless, with no single experience, technical knowhow, knowledge or expertise to be advisors to their respective appointments.
One of Rwanda’s unrated University, the University of Global Health Equity (UGHE), a new University in Rwanda that was built and gets funding from Cummings Foundation, and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation; tweeted yesterday, 28th October 20, after the appointment as an advisor of one of their 2020 alumni student.
The unrated University which is under a Kagamist sycophant, Agnes Binagwaho tweeted, “warmest congratulations to UGHE’s MGHD ’20 Graduate, Denise Wanyana, on her recent appointment as Advisor to the Hon. Minister of State in @RwandaHealth. She begins the role equipped with the skills & knowledge from UGHE to advance the Global Equity agenda.”
Lets just look at this case of Denise Wanyana as an example of Paul Kagame’s batch of ‘advisors,’ to be honest, really, what advise can this clueless girl give 𝗟𝘁. 𝗖𝗼𝗹. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗽𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗮, the Minister of state in charge of primary health care in the ministry of health? In terms of knowledge, experience, expertise, policy formulation, exposure…etc, she is a student to a person she is supposed to be advising. This phenomenon applies to different ‘advisors’ that are usually appointed by criminal Paul Kagame to different respective responsibilities.
What oppressed and enslaved Rwandans should know, these aren’t advisors in usual sense, but National Intelligence and Security Services (NISS) operatives appointed by criminal Paul Kagame for the purpose of monitoring, observing and reporting every move of their bosses to their NISS handlers.
Privately, ask any minister, head of parastatal, head of any government department, any ambassadors…etc; about these Kagame appointed ‘advisors,’ all will tell you one thing, these are Intelligence operatives (bamaneko/mbega) not advisors. And these advisors are extremely feared by their bosses, because their respective bosses know their real assignments.
It is well known in Rwanda, these clueless ‘advisors’ that are usually being appointed by Criminal Paul Kagame are not ‘advisors,’ but intelligence operatives with specific NISS handlers that they report too.
In other news, last year – 2019, potato enclave’s Satanic regime advertised 2,021 positions which attracted 258,914 applicants, and according to report from Rwanda’s Public Service Commission, each position received at least 128 applicants. Unemployed rate in the potato enclave – Rwanda, is over the roof.
