After criminal Paul Kagame’s disastrous maneuvering and horrible networking at the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly, where the ruthless Dictator failed to get an audience with certain people he had targeted to meet, i.e USA secretary of state – Anthony Blinken, IMF, World Bank officials, Western leaders..etc. Among Western leaders, he only met Italy’s right wing Prime minister – Giorgia Meloni.
Before Covid-19, Criminal Paul Kagame was always the master of networking during United Nations General Assembly gatherings, with his highly paid lobbyists arranging for him different meetings on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly sessions.
However, this year, during the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly, Rwanda’s ruthless ruler failed to meet key targets despite paying heavily to his USA lobbyists to set these meetings. Brand Kagame is damaged, the usual way of cleaning this corrupt and bloodthirsty brand isn’t working. Now, the damage is irreversible.
According to a very reliable source within the Satanic regime, the dictator isn’t happy with the performance of Rwanda’s ambassador to USA and UN, assassin Mathilde Mukantabana and ambassador Claver Gatete, respective. Their positions are on the lines.
My source further informed me that Criminal Paul Kagame is currently mad with ambassador Charlotte Mukankusi, Prof Charles Kambanda and Ambassador Eugene Gasana, individuals that he already hated to the core. My source notes, “at the moment, prices on their heads has just increased”.
Criminal Paul Kagame has been told by his intelligence that his demise at the UN was caused by these individuals with support of DR Congo financial power. We all know how this paranoid criminal swallows everything fed to him by his incompetent intelligence agencies. He currently believes that these three individuals are a problem to his survival, and must go by all means necessary.
Don’t forget, files to assassinate Ambassador Charlotte Mukankusi, Prof Charles Kambanda and Ambassador Eugene Gasana have always been handled by notorious assassin Maj Gen Vincent Nyakarundi, former chief of Defence Intelligence, but currently is the commander of Rwanda’s land forces and head of Uganda intelligence desk. Previously, ruthless Maj Gen Vincent Nyakarundi spent years in USA as Rwanda’s military attache to both USA and Canada.
