The RDF-M23 terrorists have appointed Manzi Ngarambe Willy, a Rwandan by nationality who resides in Canada, as their Diaspora Chief Coordinator.
Manzi Ngarambe Willy is the nephew of ICC-convicted war criminal Bosco Ntaganda, known as “Terminator.” During his ICC hearing, Ntaganda repeatedly stated that he is not Congolese but Rwandan, born in 1973 in Kinigi, Rwanda. With this appointment, RDF-M23 has now placed his notorious nephew, Manzi Ngarambe Willy, in a pivotal role within their organization.
This move has sparked questions about the selection process within RDF-M23. Why did RDF-M23 resurrect Bosco Ntaganda’s notorious nephew, Manzi Ngarambe Willy, as their new Diaspora Chief Coordinator? Did the group fail to find a genuine Congolese candidate for this position? There are many true Congolese within their ranks who are well-suited for this role, rather than choosing a Rwandan national with a contentious family background.
Why can’t these individuals remain within their enclave, Rwanda?
