On early hours of Sunday Morning, 17th January 21, criminal Paul Kagame’s brutal police force, arrested 13 individuals in Nyarutarama, an upscale residential area in Kigali, for breaking Covid – 19 rules on social distancing, curfew and house party gatherings.
When police arrive at this residence on Saturday, 16th January 21, at around 9:00 PM, Rwanda time, these Covid 19 law breakers refused to open the gates, Police had to wait outside the gates until early hours of Sunday morning when occupants of this residence decided to open the gates for Kagame’s brutal police to come in for interrogation and arrest.
What is more interesting about this arrest, were the individuals arrested, all are senior Ruling party officials and notorious intelligence operatives.
A well known notorious agent under National Intelligence and Security Services (NISS), Gatete Nyiringabo Ruhumuliza was among the individuals arrested at this residence for breaking Covid-19 rules. Gatete Nyiringabo Ruhumuliza isn’t any other Intelligence operative, his a notorious operative with unlimited access to the first family, and a close friend to extremely power hungry, Co – Vice President Ange Kagame.
Another well known person arrested is lover boy Eric Kabera, estranged husband to fake pastor Mignone Alice Kabera who is well know for talking crap and licking Co – Vice President Jeannette Nzirorera Kajuga Gasana Kagame’s feet.
