1) December 2017, Jackie Umuhoza, her two sisters, Lilian Nyirigira, Axelle Umutesi and two children below the age of 3 years were kidnapped by plain clothes police officers under the instructions of assassin Brig Gen Dan Munyuza. The family spent 4 days in assassin Brig Gen Dan Munyuza’s torture dungeon. They spent all these days being questioned about their father’s political activities, a father that they had spent years without seeing/meeting.
2) January 2018, Bishop Deo Nyirigira’s daughters, Lilian Nyirigira, Axelle Umutesi, Jackie Umuhoza and Lilian Nyirigira’s two children below the age of 3 years were again whisked away by plain clothes DMI operatives under the control of Brig Gen Dan Munyuza. Brig Gen Dan Munyuza’s interrogators asked them the same questions they did in December 2017. Bishop Deo Nyirigira’s daughters and grandchildren spent 5 days in criminal Paul Kagame’s dungeon, and later released.
3) February 2018, Lilian Nyirigira, Axelle Umutesi and Jackie Umuhoza were all thrown out of their employments – summarily dismissed by their employers. Orders to dismiss them from work came from above – Brig Gen Dan Munyuza’s office. Remember, in potato enclave ruled by a brutal criminal – Paul Kagame, employment laws exist only on papers not in practice.
4) March 2019, Lilian Nyirigira, Axelle Umutesi, Lilian Nyirigira’s two children under the age of 3 and 2 house helpers (house girls) were kidnapped by DMI thugs led by assassin Brig Gen Dan Munyuza’s right hand man, CP Egide Ruzigamanzi.
CP Egide Ruzigamanzi is a well known human rights abuser within criminal Paul Kagame’s intelligence networks. His brutal, and a master in human torture mechanisms, with blood of innocent people in his hands. The Burundian born CP Egide Ruzigamanzi is nicknamed “Afande Damu” within criminal Paul Kagame’s intelligence circle.
The children of Bishop Deo Nyirigira spent one week in criminal Paul Kagame’s dungeon undergoing all types of psychological torture.
5) 27th November 19, Jackie Umuhoza was kidnapped by DMI thugs led by CP Egide Ruzigamanzi and whisked to a DMI safe house where is undergoing torture at the direction of CP Egide Ruzigamanzi under direct orders of assassin Brig Gen Dan Munyuza.
6) 28th November 19, Lilian Nyirigira and Axelle Umutesi were taken for questioning by men from Brig Gen Dan Munyuza’s office, according to sources within Dan Munyuza’s office, they spent a day being given all forms of threats and later released.
As I post this, Jackie Umuhoza is still being incarcerated and undergoing either physical or psychological torture, or both under CP Egide Ruzigamanzi, at the orders of Brig Gen Dan Munyuza under the approval of criminal Paul Kagame. And obviously criminal Paul Kagame always act on fake intelligence information given to him by his semi- illiterate and ill trained officers.
