Highly confidential information coming through shows that Men trained and funded by Rwanda’s Pilato in the DRC attacked Uganda’s Zombo district killing 5 soldiers and 22 civilians.
Early I told Ugandans on this wall the The Killing of Hon. Abiliga was motivated by his ability to keep members of his community away from opposing government or supporting those that oppose it. I blamed Abiliga’s death to an external force precisely Kagame who has alway had intentions of attacking Uganda through the West Nile region.
Why West Nile?
1. West Nile has clear border with the rest of Uganda, the Pakwach bridge is a good take over point. Those who remember the NRA war katonga bridge was key.
2. The fact that the west Nile has once wanted to be independent makes them vulnerable to any opportunistic leader like Kagame to use them and later trade them for a deal.
3. Kagame has previously funded PRA with the Edson Muzoora’s using the west Nile as an entry point to attack Uganda.
4. If an attack came through Kisoro or Kabale it would be clear that Kagame is attacking us but going through the west Nile no one can suspect Kagame, so anyone so hopeless would use that route to avoid suspicion.
French intelligence warned that Kagame was planning something big, he was only in meetings to buy time but had no real will to sort the crisis out since his biggest problem couldn’t be solved by meetings but by Uganda arresting and handing over people Kagame believes are fighting him, we all know this is impossible.
Kagame killed Major Edson Muzoora and delivered his body to Uganda in the night for burial as a result of peace talk he and Uganda had then, but refused to hand him over alive because he knew the major would share sensitive information to President Museveni.
We are back to square one, General Kagame has now tasted the blood of Ugandan killing 22 civilians as 5 soldiers, he will not stop until Uganda arrests those he believes fight him.
