While the session of the G7 summit was taking place in Biarritz, France. African rulers who had been invited to participate on the fringes of the summit where given a ramshackle – dilapidated room, as a waiting place while leaders from super power nations were discussing on global issues from trade war between China and USA, Brexit, Iran nuclear issue, environmental issues – the current policy by the new president of Brazil to encroach on the Amazon forest..etc.
While the super powers were discussing, autocratic rulers from Africa who had turned up to beg for aid where thrown on a dilapidated room and being made to wait for their turn, to when they will be invited to start their usual begging of donor cash of which 70% they embezzle.
