In the potato enclave (Rwanda), there are always evil drama perpetrated by the satanic regime with the approval of criminal Paul Kagame. Among things that one shouldn’t expect in Rwanda, it is justice. Criminal Paul Kagame is the arresting officer, the prosecutor, the judge and prison authority.

It is from this background of not getting impartial and fair justice that Col Tom Byabagamba and his brother in-law, Brig Gen Frank Rusagara decided to appeal to the East African Court of Justice (EACJ) seeking to challenge their continued detention. The two former senior Rwandan military officers are serving 15 years sentences on fabricated charges of inciting the public.

In a petition lodged on 27th March 20 at the EACJ’s sub-registry in Nairobi, Col Tom Byabagamba and Brig-Gen (Rtd) Frank Rusagara want their conviction and sentences quashed.

Through their lawyer Michael Osundwa, the two military officers argued about their unlawful detention and infringement of their rights. They also want the court to compel Rwanda’s Attorney General and the Court of Appeal to release their judgments, which have been withheld since they were sentenced by the Court of Appeal on December 27, 2019.

Col Tom Byabagamba and Brig-Gen (Rtd) Frank Rusagara were sentenced in 2016, and had initially been sentenced to 21 and 20 years in jail, respectively, by the Military High Court, but the Court of Appeal reduced their sentences to 15 years each.

There appeal to East African Court of Justice (EACJ) didn’t go down well with the satanic regime.

After being briefed by his intelligence services that Col Tom Byabagamba and Brig Gen Frank Rusagara have taken their case to East African Court of Justice (EACJ), criminal Paul Kagame ordered for new fabricated charges to be brought forward against these innocent military officers.

The chief of DMI, Brig Gen Vincent Nyakarundi and his operatives started building fabricated criminal case against Col Tom Byabagamba. Like in all fabricated cases built by DMI, the bloodthirsty organisation first gets witnesses who will accuse you, then build a case while coaching these witnesses what to say. In the Military High Court, we witnessed how military house boy officers turned up to falsely accuse their comrades, Col Tom Byabagamba and Brig Gen Frank Rusagara.

Brig Gen Frank Rusagara and Col Tom Byabagamba being led to criminal Paul Kagame’s kangaroo court.

After a week of burning candles while trying to fabricate a criminal case against these innocent officers. On 9th April 20, DMI through Rwanda Defence Forces (RDF) released a statement stating how it is going to introduce new charges against incarcerated former head of the presidential guard Col Tom Byabagamba.

In the statement, RDF noted, “Rwanda Defence Force will arraign Colonel Tom Byagabagamba before military courts for additional charges committed while in detention. Col Byabagamba is suspected of criminal activities related to attempt to commit corruption and attempt to escape from a prison.”

In their callous fabrication drama, RDF stated, “suspected criminal activities committed by Colonel Tom Byabagamba, his inside and outside accomplices are being thoroughly investigated.”

In 2014, Col Tom Byabagamba was arrested and sentenced by judge Paul Kagame under fabricated “crimes” of inciting insurrection, tarnishing the image of the country, government and its leadership, wilfully concealing objects that would facilitate the execution of a crime and contempt of the national flag. Now, they are coming up with a new fabricated case of attempting to commit corruption and attempt to escape from a prison.

DMI is still fabricating a case that they will be attaching to Brig General Frank Rusagara.
