The photos below was taken on 3rd September 2020. Key to these photos, it is the presence of secretive commander of the presidential guard brigade, known in Rwanda as the Republican Guard. As noted in my previous posts, Brigadier Gen Willy Rwagasana is currently a Co-vice President alongside Jeannette Nzirorera Kajuga Gasana Kagame and Ange Kagame.
This security meeting that was held on 3rd September 20, was supposed to have been led by criminal Paul Kagame, like other previous engagements, Paul Kagame’s office called saying the ruler is busy with other engagements. The brutal ruler of Rwanda hasn’t been seen in Public for last 7 months, except glimpses of doctored photos and videos that are less than 2 minutes.
On the photo below:
1) On your left, wearing a suit with sunglasses: The commander of the Presidential guard Brigade, Brigadier General Willy Rwagasana alias Afande Papa Wemba alias General Papa Wemba alias General Fresheri. He is loved to bits by all francophone elements within the army/security services and adored by Rwandans who came from Burundi and DR Congo. Brig Gen Willy Rwagasana was born and raised in Burundi.
2) In the middle: General Jean Bosco Kazura, the chief of defence staff of criminal Paul Kagame’s militia army, RDF. General Jean Bosco Kazura is also loved and adored by all Rwandans who came from Burundi and DR Congo. Like Willy Rwagasana, Gen Jean Bosco Kazura was born and raised in Burundi.
3) Notorious assassin Brigadier General Dan Munyuza alias poison water alias Afande Nzakwica. Brig Gen Dan Munyuza doesn’t need any introduction, his notorious pedigrees are well established.
Key points:
* Will this axis of Brig Gen Willy Rwagasana, Gen Jean Bosco Kazura and Brig Gen Dan Munyuza be able to match J3 mafia network of treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe? To a layman, the photo below is like any other photo. But to those who follow the workings of the satanic system, the photo below tells us a great deal on how post Kagame rifts within the satanic system will be playing out.
* Will notorious assassin Brig Gen Dan Munyuza and his Toro – Bunyoro boys ally with Burundian – DR Congo boys under Brig Gen Willy Rwagasana and Gen Jean Bosco Kazura to counter J3 mafia network of treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe?
* Notorious assassin Brig Gen Dan Munyuza hates to the core J3 mafia network, Dan Munyuza extremely hates death merchant Jack Nziza, brainless assassin Gen Emmanuel Gasana alias Rurayi, General James Kabarebe, James Musoni and other J3 operatives who participated in fabricating a dossier that led to his arrest, incarceration and torture for having had a good working relationship with Gen Kayumba Nyamwasa. This was a time when anyone perceived to be pro – Gen Kayumba Nyamwasa was thrown out of the army, others incarcerated, tortured and eliminated. There was cleansing within the army of anyone that had a close working relationship with General Kayumba Nyamwasa. Death merchant Gen Jack Nziza used to refer this operation as “safisha.” Anyone considered to have had a good working relationship with Gen Kayumba Nyamwasa was considered a mole and had to be uprooted from all security services in the country.
Brig Gen Dan Munyuza was nearly being eliminated due to a dossier written by J3 mafia network; Dictator Paul Kagame changed his mind, ordered his release and reinstated him back in the army. Unfortunately, than repenting, Brig Gen Dan Munyuza went back to his old habits of committing human rights atrocities.
* When criminal Paul Kagame wanted to get rid of senior J3 operatives, he used Dan Munyuza because he knew the deep seated animosity between Dan Munyuza and senior J3 operatives. Paul Kagame used Dan Munyuza as a pathway to humiliate, sideline and tame James Musoni who had become a super minister and real prime minister of Rwanda. Paul Kagame used Dan Munyuza against Jack Nziza, a move that led to Jack Nziza being unceremoniously reshuffled from his army position and later thrown out of the army. And recently, Dan Munyuza was given a new task of investigating another senior J3 operative, Gen Emmanuel Gasana who is being investigated for corruption and embezzlement.
The potato enclave – Rwanda is at the crossroads, cliques within the security apparatus are entrenching themselves as different news about criminal Paul Kagame’s health condition continues to spread like wildfire inside Rwanda, especially within security services/apparatus. It’s next to zero chance for a peaceful transition of power in Rwanda. The transition of power will be messy, anarchic and bloody.
