In the potato enclave – Rwanda, if there is any serial agent of criminal Paul Kagame, senior NISS operative Lt Col Patrick Nyirishema comes on top.
Currently, NISS Lt Col Patrick Nyirishema is the Director General of Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA), a position he has been holding since 2014. RURA is a government body that regulates nearly everything in Rwanda, from Utilities, transport, ICT, telecommunication, mining, manufacturing, construction. ….etc. All citizens are affected by decisions of RURA.
Over years, oppressed and enslaved citizens in Rwanda have seen tariffs of Utilities and transport increase without any single consideration on economic situation in the country.
Currently, while export is next to zero, redundancies hitting the roof, unemployment reaching unprecedented levels, rampant mortgage foreclosures, unimaginable economic collapse of Short and medium enterprises..etc; RURA under National Intelligence and Security Services operative, Lt Col Patrick Nyirishema has continued to hike prices of Utilities and transport without any single pity for oppressed and enslaved citizens.
NISS operative Lt Col Patrick Nyirishema is part of criminal Paul Kagame’s Burundizing programme that is currently taking place within Rwanda pol-military institutions. This is a process of appointing Rwandans Born from Burundi in critical positions within security and key government institutions.
Criminal Paul Kagame’s current hate and quarrels with Uganda leadership has left him with a compulsive aversion to anything that smells of Uganda, thus sidelining top Military elements from Uganda except few.
Oppressed Rwandans know how Criminal Paul Kagame appointed, another Burundian born NISS officer – Lt Col Regis Gatarayiha, a close friend to Lt Col Patrick Nyirishema, from the ministry of ICT and innovation to heading Rwanda’s Directorate of Immigration and Emigration. The Directorate of Immigration and Emigration is one of the departments within the National Intelligence and Security Services (NISS).
On weekends, Lt Col Patrick Nyirishema who heads one of the ruthless body (RURA) in Rwanda, portrays himself as a born again Christian (saved Christian). You need to see this NISS operative closing his eyes alongside his wife and children, as they sing hymns in praise of God and Jesus Christ. On weekends, Lt Col Patrick Nyirishema will raise his hands as he cries while praising the Lord. Within the born again community in Kigali, his referred as evangelist Patrick Nyirishema.
How does Lt Col Patrick Nyirishema balance this act, the act of worshiping the earthly Satan – Criminal Paul Kagame and the act of praising and worshiping our Lord, the heavenly God?
Matthew 6:24, “No man can serve two masters:for either he will hate the one, and love the other ; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.”
This past Friday, 16th October 2020, as NISS operative Lt Col Patrick Nyirishema went for evening prayers with his wife, oppressed and enslaved Rwandans were moaning on new hiked transport tariffs, where prices of public transport had been doubled. And Satan’s agent, Lt Col Patrick Nyirishema spent a whole day on airwaves justifying this suppression move that targeted the poor within society.
Back to my initial question, how does Lt Col Patrick Nyirishema balance the art of praising world Satan – Dictator Paul Kagame at the same time referring to himself as a born again evangelical Christian?
