Currently, questioning human rights excesses, corruption – economic mismanagement or any criticism of Rwanda’s criminal ruler is illegal, and the punishment is five to seven years in prison and a $8,140 USA dollar fine. That is if you’re noted assassinated, the chances of being produced in criminal Paul Kagame’s Kangaroo courts is next to Zero.

The first option to anti Kagame critics is finding ways to eliminate them. The SATANIC SYSTEM’s policy against dissidents is elimination at all costs.
