Under Presidential Order, President Felix Tshisekedi Has Just Appointed a New Internal Security Coordinator Within The President’s Office.

On early hours of Saturday, 19 November 2022, President Felix Tshisekedi Tshilombo has just signed a presidential order appointing a new Internal Security Coordinator within the personal services of the Head of State.

The presidential order has just been read on Congolese national radio and television, and President Felix Tshisekedi has just appointed Jacques Tshibanda for this position.

Jacques Tshibanda replaces in this position Didier Baitopala who was arrested and currently imprisoned in Kinshasa’s central prison of Makala.

Didier Baitopala was arrested on suspicion of being a double agent, and to have disclosed secret information to criminal Paul Kagame, the godfather of RDF-M23, an invasion force that is currently battling DR Congo’s army in North Kivu, DR Congo.
