Criminal Paul Kagame ends his visit to Benin this Sunday. Invited by Benin’s President Patrice Talon, he spoke during the press conference organized on Saturday at Marina Presidential Palace. On DR Congo question, Criminal Paul Kagame spent more time explaining question relating to his support of M23.
“The problem of Congo, the problem of the region or even the problem of Rwanda is not the M23. The M23 is the result of several other problems that have not been solved for decades. The M23 problem existed even before Tshisekedi became president. It even goes back to 2012,” criminal Paul Kagame noted.
The brutal ruler started explaining the root cause of the current insecurity eastern DR Congo, and attaching the poli-security problems of Easter to historical events.
“With regard to the M23 and all the people linked to the M23, the Congolese who benefited from the Rwanda’s heritage, the borders that were built during the colonial period affected and divided our peoples. Part of Rwanda which was given to the DR Congo, and another part to south western Uganda, etc. We have cooperation that already exists in these areas. There are already links that exist between peoples. It’s obvious. You can go back in history”.
According to criminal Paul Kagame, previous political and peaceful settlements and approaches have not been effective in solving the root causes of problems in Eastern DR Congo.
“This problem goes beyond my person, beyond the person of President Tshisekedi. All those people who were present at that time are no longer there. In 2012, we did not manage the issue well and today, 11 years later, the problem still exists. All African countries have been involved in resolving this issue but no one has been able to achieve anything”.
Criminal Paul Kagame blames respective Congolese governments for blocking to solve Eastern DR Congo insecurity Crisis.
“We have to find a solution to this crisis. Today we have the Nairobi process and the Luanda process which have done their utmost to resolve this issue, but I think they are looking for a solution. The steps taken have been tried before, but apparently the DR Congo does not want the issue to be resolved. It’s still ironic.”
Without elaborating, advancing or giving a concrete proposal to solve problem in Eastern DR Congo, the brutal dictator merely noted how the current processes are stalling.
“Today, we cannot keep complaining about the problem forever when we know where the knot is. It’s as if we ourselves don’t want to find the solution. We’re beating around the bush, unfortunately.”
Recently, one of criminal Paul Kagame’s inept minion, Jean Damascène Bizimana, Rwanda’s Minister for National Unity and Civic Engagement, returned to this issue in Senegal during the conference organized on the occasion of the national day of Rwanda’s heroes. “Rwanda has been diminished. The problem we are currently experiencing with unfounded accusations against Rwanda stems from the slippage of the Berlin conference,” he explained. This issue of Berlin conference in partition of Africa was also raised in Dictator Paul Kagame’s Parliament.
Does Criminal Paul Kagame want to claim – annex eastern DR Congo?
