A mere positive tweet, post or massage saying positively on President Museveni, Uganda or any Ugandan official attracts kidnapping, incarceration, torture or assassination in the potato enclave (Rwanda).

For those suspected of having contact with Uganda’s intelligence services, they are summarily executed or brutally assassinated, the latest example being Joy Agaba Rwigema, sister of assassinated RPF/A hero, Gen Fred Rwigema and Eddie Bagamba.

Now it’s exactly 5 weeks since Miss Jackie Umuhoza was kidnapped in Kigali for merely positive tweets she wrote about President Museveni, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba and Uganda in general.

Since being kidnapped on 27th November 19, Miss Jackie Umuhoza has been undergoing psychological torture at a safe house which is under the control of assassin Brig Gen Dan Munyuza. For 5 weeks, Miss Jackie Umuhoza hasn’t been allowed to see a lawyer, family members or be produced in criminal Paul Kagame’s Kangaroo courts.
