CP Egide Ruzigamanzi is a ruthless criminal who has continuously kidnapped, tortured, incarcerated and killed in the name of Criminal Paul Kagame. Police’s crime Intelligence unit which is under CP Egide Ruzigamanzi is a terrorist unit that continuously inflicts a lot of pain to innocent Rwandans.
