Early September 2021, Criminal Paul Kagame’s bloodthirsty Directorate of Military Intelligence, recently rebranded as Defence Intelligence kidnapped a YouTuber, songwriter and singer Shyaka Gilbert.

Shyaka Gilbert was the owner of a youtube channel “ijwi ry’imfubyi,” he was critical of criminal Paul Kagame’s brutal regime, especially on human rights record. In all his media interviews, he was always critical of criminal Paul Kagame’s brutal regime and all his songs touch on issues of human rights and social justice.

In Rwanda, Criticising criminal Paul Kagame is punishable by either kidnapping/disappearance, incarceration or death. For young Shyaka Gilbert, he was kidnapped in early September 2021, and up to now no one knows his whereabouts.

On the 16th September 2021, the same bloodthirsty Directorate of Military Intelligence (DMI) kidnapped his wife Antoinette Dushimirimana. And she was released after 4 days of enhanced interrogation.

Now, criminal Paul Kagame’s bloodthirsty Directorate of Military Intelligence has again kidnapped the wife of Shyaka Gilbert, Antoinette Dushimirimana. On 29th September 2021, four plain DMI operatives in a tinted Toyota Hilux pickup without number plates, kidnapped Antoinette Dushimirimana.
