Dear oppressed, enslaved, starving and unemployed Rwandans; why does your bloodthirsty dictator – criminal Paul Kagame and his bloodthirsty terrorist franchise – the Directorate of Military Intelligence (DMI), now rebranded as Defence Intelligence extremely obsessed with testicles – balls of their torture victims? All male tortured by DMI or other Intelligence organs in the potato enclave – Rwanda, have one denomination, their testicles were affected.
For example, during torture, criminal Paul Kagame through his torturers within DMI went for:
* Lt Joel Mutabazi’s testicles, they were given electric shocks for weeks .
* Sergeant Innocent Kalisa’s testicles, they were given electric shocks for weeks.
* Col Rugigana Ngabo’s testicles, they were given electric shocks for months.
* Major Callixte Sankara’s testicles, they were pinched with needles for weeks.
* Col Tom Byabagamba’s testicles, they were given electric shocks for days.
* Major Emmanuel Nkubana’s testicles, they were skinned slowly until the day he died due to extreme torture.
* Gospel Singer Kizito Mihigo’s testicles, they were pinched with needles during torture before the strangulation.
* Aime Ntabana’s testicles, they were slowly skinned until the day he died due to extreme torture.
* Lawyer Donat Mutunzi’s testicles, during torture, they were pinched with needles and later strangulated him to death.
* Lt Gen Karenzi Karake’s testicles, presidential guard Corporals played with his testicles/balls.
* Deo Mushayidi’s testicles, they were given electric shocks for weeks.
* Ignace Nkaka alias La Forge Fils Bazeye’s testicles, they were pinched with needles during torture.
* Lt Col Jean Paul Nsekanabo’s testicles, they were pinched during torture.
* The list is endless.
Back to my initial question? Why is Criminal Paul Kagame and his torturers obsessed with testicles of their victims?
