Today, Tuesday, 19th January 21, DR Congo’s accidental president, Felix Tshisekedi met a high level delegation from Potato Enclave – Rwanda.
What was interesting in all this, was how accidental president Felix Tshisekedi held two separate meetings with this team from Rwanda.
The first meeting was led by Rwanda’s foreign affairs minister, Vincent Biruta. Present in this meeting was Rwanda’s chief of defence staff – Gen Jean Bosco Kazura, the Director General of National Intelligence and Security Services (NISS) – Maj Gen Joseph Nzabamwita and Rwanda’s ruthless ambassador to DR Congo – NISS agent Vincent Karega.
After meeting the above individuals, DR Congo’s accidental president Felix Tshisekedi met Rwanda’s minister of Trade and industry, Soraya Hakuziyaremye. In this second meeting, Rwanda’s ruthless ambassador to DR Congo – NISS agent Vincent Karega was also present.
Discussions in the two meetings were based on security, military cooperation, trade, diplomacy – inter relationship between the two countries.
