DMI’s Special Intelligence operative Potian Kabera is a personal assistant to well known Rwanda’s senior external intelligence operative Lawrence Muganga.
In intelligence operations, Potian Kabera is known as messenger mule, a trusted operative assigned to take Intelligence messages or briefings from one point to another during under cover operations in enemy territory.
Lawrence Muganga is the real Commander and brain behind Abavandimwe terror cell in Uganda. Abavandimwe group is Rwanda’s Directorate of Military Intelligence (rebranded Defence Intelligence) terror cell in Uganda. This Intelligence cell is under Col Anaclet Kalibata, the current head of Uganda’s Intelligence and operation desk within dictator Paul Kagame’s security apparatus.
The chaos to remove president Mobutu in DR Congo (then Zaire) was started by few operatives from Rwanda’s Directorate of Military Intelligence in South Kivu plateau, then the wild fire spread through DR Congo, and up town DR Congo hasn’t recovered. The same DMI modus operandi was used against President Peter Nkurunziza in May 2015, but in this case, the Kigali operation backfired.
Don’t be mistaken, these are well trained boys, trained in the art of deviation, infiltration, behavioural camouflage, trace deleting, Intelligence gathering, Intelligence network building, military science/arms handling, poison handling and administering, cover stories, dissemination of false information…etc.
Uganda is a sovereign country, and it should be free to determine its own destiny without external interferences.
