Rwanda National Congress (RNC) Coordinator in South Africa, Seif Bamporiki has just been assassinated by criminal Paul Kagame’s external intelligence operatives. He was assassinated, today, 21st February 21, around 07:30 PM, Cape Town – South Africa time.

Seif Bamporiki has been an active and devoted member of Rwanda National Congress of General Kayumba Nyamwasa, and few minutes ago, he was assassinated in Cape Town, South Africa, by Rwanda’s external intelligence operatives using silencer handguns.

Yesterday, 20th February 21, Seif Bamporiki actively participated in remembrance ceremony, where Rwanda National Congress (RNC) members and well wishers remembered all those who have lost their lives at the hands of the satanic regime of criminal Paul Kagame.
